Karachi man arrested for stealing oil from main line
A Karachi man has been arrested and sent to jail for ‘stealing’ oil from a main oil pipeline in Bin Qasim, ARY News reported Sunday.
according to the police report A man named Ashraf was arrested wounded after a shootout with police. When he stole oil from a Parco line in Bin Qasim’s Wali Town.
Police said the man arrested was the mastermind of a gang involved in several thefts of oil from the company’s pipeline.
The weapon was also recovered from the captured Ashraf’s custody.

Last year, police arrested a fuel tanker driver accused of stealing 5,000 liters of crude oil and transporting it to another location.
According to the Sindh Superintendent of Police (SSP), Malir Irfan Bahadur, the arrested is one of the prime suspects of the gang in connection with the theft of crude oil from a petroleum company.
