Chishtian: AC Seizes 10,000 Fertilizer Sacks

CHISHTIAN: Last Sunday. Assistant Commissioner raided a fertilizer warehouse in Chishtian Township, Bahawalnagar, Punjab, and discovered 10,000 hoarding sacks, according to ARY News.

according to the details Assistant Commissioner Rana Ghulam Murtaza raided a fertilizer warehouse on Sugar Mill Road in Punjab’s Chishtian during the operation. Found 10,000 hoarded sacks of fertilizer from the warehouse.

The discovered fertilizer sacks are worth Rs 50 crore on the open market. Ac said the recovered fertilizers will be sold to farmers at a flat government rate.

Godown was sealed after the action.

In a separate operation run by AC Phalia, 8,000 bags of wheat were recovered last year.

The salvaged wheat sacks were sent to the provincial food department.
